The Kingdom of Atlantis is a Self-Proclaimed Monarchy, established by HRM Dr. Michael Puzzolante, Reigning Monarch, in January 2021, and its Vision and Mission is to create an Advanced Civilization, here on Planet Earth, based on the Proper Education of a Multitude of Atlantean Citizens.
As per the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States, The Kingdom of Atlantis is a true Sovereign Kingdom, as it meets the following four criteria:
1. A Population,
2. A Territory,
3. A Government, and
4. The capacity to enter into negotiation with other states.

The Planetary Royal Government is the Senior Government of The Kingdom of Atlantis Humanitarian & Decentralized Sovereign Kingdom, and its function is to supervise the production of the 7 Continental Royal Governments and 197 National Royal Governments.
The Planetary Top Management is the Highest Authority of The Kingdom of Atlantis and its Function is to make sure that the Constitution is applied by all Atlantean Citizens, at all echelons, worldwide.
