SOVEREIGN TERRITORY

The Kingdom of Atlantis is a Self-Proclaimed Monarchy, established by HRM Dr. Michael Puzzolante, Reigning Monarch, in January 2021, and its Vision and Mission is to create an Advanced Civilization, here on Planet Earth, based on the Proper Education of a Multitude of Atlantean Citizens.

As per the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States, The Kingdom of Atlantis is a true Sovereign Kingdom, as it meets the following four criteria:

1. A Population,

2. A Territory,

3. A Government, and

4. The capacity to enter into negotiation with other states.

The Sovereign Territory of The Kingdom of Atlantis includes two submerged islands on which will be developed the Royal City State of Atlantis and the Ten Kingdoms of Atlantis.

The Kingdom of Atlantis shall acquire a Sovereign Territory on the Continents of Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania, Antarctica, North America and South America in order to develop the seven (7) Royal City States of Atlantis.

Each Royal City State of Atlantis shall be developed on shore and offshore, above and under water, to accommodate a minimum of 5,000,000 Atlantean Citizens and Permanent Citizens.

Each Royal City State of Atlantis shall accommodate 1,500,000 Business Visitors and Tourists per year.

THE ISLAND OF ATLANTIS

The Island of Atlantis has an area of 25,000 Hectares (250,000,000 M2), which will accommodate the Royal City State of Atlantis.
